It was just pointed out to me that it is now MAY!! Damn, time flies. Anywhoo, I've decided to take up a "New Month's Resolution", similar to the popular "New Year's Resolution", except with a smaller time frame. I'm thinking that if I make a small goal, say, for the month of May I'm going to drink tons more water, and not miss any of my classes at the gym. I figure I can at least start some good habits on a small scale.
When I've made New Year's resolutions in the past, I think the fact that I had a year in which to complete a huge goal was the most daunting task, and that's why I failed.
So from now on (hopefully *gulp*), I'm going to make New Month Resolutions!
