    Default bra inserts

    this is a weird question, but has anyone ever sewed bra inserts into their bras or swimsuits ?

    Hmmm. maybe you should just sew in a pocket, so you can take it out for the laundry...

    i was thinking that...but i'm worried it wont be strong enough to support the inserts. :-/

    Yeah I have.I got sick of loosing those little push up things so i used to sew them in. Then I realised that you canturn almost any bra into a push up bra by sewing them in.

    yep. i sewed silicone inserts into a bra. i just wash it like normal--by hand--and hang to dry.

    Don't sew them in as it will be hard on your machine and prone to tearing. Make pockets but make sure you pick the seams of your bra trim and then sew the pocket into those to make it strong enough.

    I sew mine in by hand - it takes about two minutes.
