Cool i liked the first one too!
Remember when he rescued the asian girl then she jumped in front of the train? That was fucked up and I wasnt expecting it.

I know. I guess she just couldn't live with being so disfigured.

or the flashbacks of being tortured!

I liked the first one, not enough to pay to see it in a theatre, but I liked it. Unless somebody gives me an awesome review, I'll wait to see the sequel on DVD too.

^^^^
hahahaha u r llike me. i love the macabre (sp?)
those boys thought it was their lucky day.

I know. I want to see some torture god dammit. That's what they hyped up, show it to me! lol.

I hope that the sequel will be better than the first. IMHO, the first was too much tits, not enough gore. But it was somewhat entertaining, so I'd give the sequel a shot... but only on DVD... and for free.

Marasmus ... "Ladies don't fart. They butt-laugh."
Marasmus says, "Oh no, that wasn't gas, it was merely a rectal chuckle."
Marek says, "A friend of mine got punched in the face by a dominatrix stripper about two weeks ago and I thought of you."

if you girls want to watch this, i have a link!

I'm gonna watch it! I loved, loved, loved the first one! Especially when he runs over those two whores towards the end. This one will most likely be gorier...although I thought the first one was already gorey. Guess I'm a wimp...
I never seen the 2nd one, but I like how the 1st one was literally a porno for the first 45 min.

Original.

Wait... This isn't a movie about kids in a youth hostel getting killed, is it??! Not the sort of thing I should be exposing myself to when I'm going to be staying in one a few weeks from now...Lol, man... I'm such a scaredy-cat..

I had mixed feelings on the first - but I caught the trailer for part 2 in the theaters the other day, and I have to say, very original preview! Just one extended but compelling scene, with a few VERY brief flashbacks to part 1. Not at all the usual music video style jumble of action that most previews are. A very cool choice, I thought. Anyone else see this? (This was different than the one in the link above.)
"Before I conceived you, I wanted you. Before you were born, I loved you. Before you were here an hour, I would die for you. This is the miracle of life." -- Maureen Hawkins
"I just can't get over how much babies cry. I really had no idea what I was getting into. To tell you the truth, I thought it would be more like getting a cat." -- Anne Lamott

u guys realize i posted a link to the whole movie??

^Yes. Thanks.![]()
Mileia, I see that you have changed your pic. I really like your hair.

I'm getting into the "Hostel" craze a little bit late. I didn't see the first one until Memorial Day weekend, and that's only because it happened to be on top of my Netflix queue. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I definitely think it's best going in not having any clue what it's about like I did. The big "reveal" in the locker room scene had me screaming at my television! It was all good, though.
It's good to know that I don't have to wait to see the sequel (I'm not going to the link posted above since I think the film will be much better watched with an audience in a theater). I originally didn't think I would see this movie at the theater, but Eli Roth has said that the ending is his "movie star", and that he hopes it will be talked about all summer long. So I'm thinking I'll be doing a double feature this weekend with Hostel, Part 2 and Ocean's Thirteen. That's going to be quite the combination.
