So I was wondering how many of us pregnant SW's actually work out pretty regularly.
I personally lift weights 3 times a week (M,W,F), and do 40 min cardio those days. T and Th, I do an hour cardio and ab work. I try to do this every week, but some days I just cant so I will do that workout Sat or Sun.
Do you girls work out too?
