Default pale uneven skin and dermablend

Occasionally I'd like to cover up some scars and a small varciose and spider vein patch, but my skin is very ... uneven over all. First of all it's extremely white, you can see veins through it..and on top of that I have many freckles. When I use a product like dermablend it just looks weird, like a smooth opaque patch and even if it's the right tone because it's all one colour it does not look "right". Are there any options when your skin is not uniform?

The only thing I could recommend was getting spray-on stockings close to your skin tone and spray that all over your body to get your skin even. Make-up has to be really covering to be able to cover-up those scars but that way it'll cover up your skin pigmentation such as freckles and uneven pigmentation. If you wanted natural results the make-up would have to be less covering and it wouldn't be enough to conceal a scar. Or you can just try blending it REALLY well with your skin, maybe even in patches.

hm the spray stockings sound like a good idea, thank you. Any brand recommendations and where to buy them? I'll google them.. just want to know what other people like first.

You could get IPL treatment to your face to get rid of the freckles if you really don't like them, as a bonus IPL also treats spider veins!

Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs is one that seems to be popular.

Have you tried using self tanner to give yourself an overall more even appearance? If you are really pale, what about the lotions that tan you gradually?

I do like how self tanner looks, and generally don't have a problem with freckles etc. I actually like them, but NOT the other things like spiderveins or whatever. The tanner doesn't cover them, it just makes me look slimmer and my muscles stand out more. I have sally hansen but it comes off on my clothing! From my search the air stocking sounds awesome, esp. since they have full body stuff, it would be really great for dress up and party occasions. Hahah they're occasions for me, I don't go out a lot.

wait could someone explain how the spray stuff works. I always wanted to buy it but I can't really figure out how it works, like is it easy to apply... does it come off when you sweat etc?

I have pale skin with freckles too ( thanks sun damage ) and use coverblend not dermablend but the ssame shit. its a bitch to find the right shade so I have to mix and match. Usually on shade above and the shade they same I'm at.

You just shake the can and spray it on, and if you get it uneven when spraying it you can even it out using your hands as long as you do it quickly. Then you let it dry and it's VERY sweat resistant, doesn't come off on clothing, etc. Well I guess it depends on the brand. It doesn't come off with just water either, you need actual soap to remove it in the shower unless you want to rub it on your towel once you come out!

^ thank you!!! So the salley stuff is worth it? Does it cover stretch marks etc. Sorry not meaning to hijack but if you can use that spray stuff plus the hard cover up like dermablend I think it could solve a ton of cover up issues.
