I just had to say wow. Since I've been working I feel great. Not just mentally, but physically too. I have been taking my vitamins every day, and the constant walking, etc. has really started to tone my butt/thighs. I just weighed myself....
When I started working: 169 lbs.
Tonight: 162.5lbs!
I've found it's best for me if I don't put any specific weight goal on myself, just keep active and periodically weigh myself to see what's happening. But mostly judging myself on how I feel and look, not what the scale says![]()
