    I just had to say wow. Since I've been working I feel great. Not just mentally, but physically too. I have been taking my vitamins every day, and the constant walking, etc. has really started to tone my butt/thighs. I just weighed myself....

    When I started working: 169 lbs.

    Tonight: 162.5lbs!

    I've found it's best for me if I don't put any specific weight goal on myself, just keep active and periodically weigh myself to see what's happening. But mostly judging myself on how I feel and look, not what the scale says

    That's the number one way to go. Congrats! Its the natural way too, no obsessing, just feeling good!

    Good for you! I love to hear about the non-obsessing! It's all about how you feel, not what the scale says. I don't even own one.

    i heard some little weight loss advice and to me its the best inspiration ..
    live/eat ect.. as if you were at your "goal weight"

    so pretend you already have the body you want and take care of it like you would at that weight.. to maintain it.. if it is 120lbs you cant eat donuts and sit around all day and maintain that but you know eat healthy and keep active

    takes a little mental imagination but has always helped me to keep things in check..
