Default What to do about grabby-gropy guy

okay, this is kind of wierd... I am having trouble with my friend's friend. he's all up ons. like, we'll be hangin out having a good time, when all of a sudden dude starts trying to hold me around my waist, trying to get all touchy feely an' shit like that. like, we're not in high school anymore, guy. The problem is, he buys me stuff and gives me rides to like, dfcs appt.s for my kid cause I don't have a car. Sooooo, how can I get him to still do what he's doing without me having to put up with his shit? cause he's not a customer, I know him from outside the club. Any suggestions?

Uh. Yeah. I try not to lead people on or use them, I have a little bit of a heart. In the club I don't take anybody seriously cuz it's just a job. Don't know what else to tell ya......

A great case of not mixing your personal life with your work life.

Why are you even 'dancing' for this guy? Avoid him like the plague.

The guy obviously has a thing for you, he doesn't want to be just your friend. And when you tell him this, he probobly won't stick around to help you out, sorry.

Get your own car so you won't need him (or anyone else) to do favors for you. As long as you're in a co-dependant situation you'll be compromising yourself in one way or another. You could put up with his touchy feely behavior and lead him on for a while to get more out of him, but if he's a good guy that'd be a shitty thing to do.

Agreed! If you really dont' want dude touching you like this LET HIS ASS KNOW. Hell he may have a crush on you, or think you like it. Just tell him that you like him as a friend, and you don't like all that touchy feely stuff.

but see I have told him, since I've known him I was about 6 mo.s preg. and even then he was like, what about me and you? I was like dude there is no me and you. I never have danced for him or anything like that I have never even been to the club with him, even a reg. dance club. He's just this dude I hapen to know. As well, I have told him that we were JUST FRIENDS (just like that, actually). It's like he just doesn't get it. I am not the type to lead people on. I'm just not wanting to offend him to the point to where he doesn't even want to hang out anymore, cause he's a cool dude, I just don't like him like that, ya know?

and, I am saving up for a car right now, but I just had a baby like, not even a month ago and I haven't been able to find a job yet. a straight edge job and a dancing job. plus I am thinking of moving to atl. to go to school for a vet tech because ft. valley is a shithole, just like w.r. and perry and macon. but I have no money right now, and all the money I have a freak chance of getting is already spoken for, since I have a personal debt.
and, I *USUALLY* walk everywhere, for excersise but some places I can't walk to just because of the sheer fact that they're in a different town.

btw, sorry for posting this in the wrong place.

You do know that Perry, Macon, and Warner Robbins are about 50% cheaper (housing wise) than Atlanta, right? If you are have problems paying for things now, moving up there isn't going to go so well unless you have saved up some $$. I was born in WR, and yeah it sucks, but it's better than a ton of other places in GA.

Me and a friend of mine are supposed to be going to gwinnett tech. and she's homeless as of right now, so I was like, man, we can get a place together. Plus, I need a place to stay where I can keep my pets, since my mom won't let them stay @ her house and I am having to pay someone to keep them for me. and she has a cocker spaniel. but the thing is I can't find a job down here I've filled out like 8 app.s @ petsmart and I wanted to work @ animal control or @ a vet office but to no avail.

so even though the housing is cheaper down here if I have no way of paying for the A) cheaper housing, or the $400/ month for my cat/bunnies/dogs, and I CAN pay for thwe B) $600/ month rent and live w/ my pets, then why not go with option B)?

by the way, I am SO SORRY you know where warner robins is. I really am.You're lucky... you got the hell out while you still could!

i think you should cut him off, even if it means losing your rides and what not.

you're using him just as he's trying to get something from you.
