    Default shoes

Okay. So I've always had a bump at the joint of my big toe. I recently found out that these are called bunyons. But the past couple of months, I've been wearing the tip shoes,so they have that piece of clear plastic over the top of your foot on the bottom.

Well, this last week I noticed that the bump on my right foot is getting considerably worse and really starting to hurt. I did some research and found out that bunyons are caused by wearing shoes that are too tight on the bottom part of your foot, which pushes your big toe inward and causes that joint to start to seperate. The only way to ensure that it doesn't get worse is by wearing shoes that don't confine that part of the foot too much.

But now I need to find a pair of clear heels that I can dance in. I've been dancing 4 years, so I'm used to wearing shoes with 6.75-7" heel with the heel being a stilleto. I can't do the chunky heels. And I also like to have something around the back of my foot. Otherwise, I just don't feel secure.

These are the shoes that I used to wear, but I need clear ones too.......

    So any suggestions?

those black shoes are hot. Did they work out well for you? I like shoes with lots of patent over the top of your foot for climbing the pole.

hmm I think I know some shoes that might help you, let me go find them!

If your problem is shoes that are too tight, you need a wider shoe! Ellies tend to run wider than other brands. Obviously I haven't tried on every single pair of Ellies out there, but every Ellie shoe I have tried on is wide. I sell the same shoes (Ellie, Pleaser, Tony and more) as snaz75, but at lower prices...

Also, on my website you can order Karo shoes in WIDE. Snaz75 does not offer this option. In this section, you can choose the shoe, order it on ANY heel height from 4" to 8", add an ankle strap if it doesn't come with one, get it in your custom width.....

And if you measure your feet you can specify in the comments box at checkout exactly how wide you need the Karo shoes to fit you right. For instructions on measuring your feet:

I've been meaning to update the options on my Karo Shoes - they recently told me they can do ANY of their shoes/boots in any width, where before it was only offered on the ones with open toes. So now I've just updated to allow you to choose your width on ALL Karo items, and you can now choose which specific width you need:
Medium, Extra Narrow, Narrow, Wide, Extra Wide, 2X Wide. YAY!

Yep. I just measured and I think that was part of my problem. The ball of my foot needs a wide shoe size. Yay! Hopefully this will remedy my problem, so I don't have to have surgery.

I too have buneons on both of my feet, mainly due to poor cheap shoes when i was growing up, gotta have my big toe joints on each foot replaced with artificial joints.
Yours sound just like mine, usually i'm restricted in the shoes i can wear, but i if you buy some heels with softish plastic over the top of your foot that are opened toed then you should be ok.

I've got a pair that are like that and they are a god send, they fit and feel better than normal heels!

Hope you've gone to the podiatrist chic, it's something i've left too long and if you go soon they may be able to help

Hmmmm.... I prbly should get checked out. I'm planning on trying to get my insurance soon and then that and a couple of moles are first on my list. The plastic top ones felt comfy at first for me, but I found out that those shoes actually made them worse for me anyways. So just be careful wearing them. I'm gonna special order some from Bridgette and wear the ones like in the pic above too. They're great cause the bump fits right where the cut out on the shoe is. And guys think those shoes are really sexy. They also come in white, black, clear, and red. But the clear has a silver glitter top.

I'll defo get some from Bridgette when i buy my next pair of shoes then. Yeah, i was sort of putting it off until it started to hurt when i wore even socks cos the nerve was so stretched over the bone.

Thankfully men are simple creatures who aren't looking at our feet that closely! And good shoes will hide it well.

Yep. In a post above, she gave the link to a size chart to find out what width and everything you should be wearing for your size foot. It's worth taking a look at.
