If you work a long shift, 8 hours say, and go onstage twice an hour for two songs and do a lot of pole tricks, plus lap dances and whatnot, how many calories does one legitmately need to make it through the shift?
Last week there was no housemom and no food, and when hungry I am virtually useless at work. My energy sinks to the floor and I can't focus on converasation. But I am reluctant to bring in too many snacks for fear that I will eat too much. Opinions?
