Sometimes from stretching. I don't do pilates but i can see why it would have that effect it relaxes everything.
Lol! Not that I can recall, but sometimes when I'm stretching myself out on the bed trying to wake up in the morning, I get that feeling. Like morning wood, but only for women.

Pilates also really works the deep lower abdominals, which extend down to the pubic bone---this can give the g-spot a bit of a gentle internal massage. Plus, we also contract the pelvic floor in pilates, which will tone the vagina as well. I find that pilates has also intensified my orgasms, which is a nice bonus.
