    Default 28 Weeks Later

Has anyone seen it? I saw 28 days later and it was prolly one of the freakiest movies I've ever seen. I'm wondering if it's any good.

Yes, its good. Even with a new director it still has the same freaky appeal as the original.

I don't know if I've ever been so scared as I was with 28 days later. I love that it wasn't a gore-fest like most "scary" movies. No cheap thrills there.

Anyway, I can't wait to see 28 Weeks Later. I read some reviews and now I'm more excited than ever. Desson Thomson from the Washinton Post has this to say:
It's an experience for the smart part of your brain as well as its more reptilian corners. We can enjoy the aesthetic qualities, even as we cringe pleasurably from the shock-and-awe entertainment values.
    yumyum, my kinda horror flick.

    There's nothing like a good mind-fuck.
God, grant me the senility, to forget the people I never liked anyway,
The good fortune to run into the ones that I do,
And the eyesight to know the difference.

After seeing that movie I looked at everyone funny coming out of the theater and I didn't want to eat for a day! Not because it has anything to do with food, it was just gruesome and heart stopping.

HaHa. Looks like I gotta go see it. The first one creeped me the hell out. I also found it funny in the beginning how the rage virus was let loose. U know... the animal rights activist freed 'em.

It gave me the willy's, so whose gonna go see it with me?

    P.S. I'm not buying :p

Liked the original better, but the seuqel is decent. The opening scene is fucking gold. I'm a film geek, so I think the movie has merit on the opening scene alone- but the script could have been tightened up a bit.
