    Default Bell Canada Rant....

    Bell customer service really, really sucks.

    I had to call 4 times just to make sure my accounts were cancelled for sure. And then they starting billing me...for my cancelled accounts. So I had to go and cancel them again. Luckily I got a refund, but HOLY SHIT do your job!!

    I called 5 months ago because they still have to bill me for the modem I have. Then I called repeatedly after that...and it's still "On it's way!"

    So, it takes a year to send one bill, apparently

    Maybe this means they forgot about it. Their incompetence is working in my favour!

    I'm wondering if I should call and remind them one more time or just forget it. On one hand, they should get their shit together, on the other, I don't want to be hit with some bullshit charges for failing to pay on time, or interest, or whatever.

    Bell sucks... Rogers sucks too but they're better then Bell ahaha...

    I have BELL ultra sympatico and its pretty good but their customer service can sometimes be awful.

    Can you believe they started billing me for a phone number I havent had for over 2 years now....pathetic!!!

    Yeah, I'm oddly anal when it comes to bills and finances. I need everything to be in order. And this company is tricky and evil, so I didn't want to be whomped with some major charge for not getting it sorted out and paying the small fee. Ahaha.

    They have probably forgotten all about it at this point, since it's been 5 months though.

    But let this be a lesson to the rest of you! It's not just me either, there's all these Bell horror stories online about people getting billed for bullshit charges.

    Boo. Bell.

    I would never use them again. Even if it means resorting to carrier pigeon.

    Sheesh! you know it's hard to find good customer service at times. I think the best customer service was from Crayola, yes the crayon people! I got this toy for the kids and it broke in freaking seconds! a year later I got coupons and a lot and a brand new, newly renovated toy for free! I called and told them how wonderful that they completly changed it and after that they sent more coupons! Now in order to be good I don't need stuff but to feel like they actually listen and with them they took it very seriously and actually improved it and I was very happy.

    Sorry they gave you so much crap.
