Bell customer service really, really sucks.
I had to call 4 times just to make sure my accounts were cancelled for sure. And then they starting billing me...for my cancelled accounts. So I had to go and cancel them again. Luckily I got a refund, but HOLY SHIT do your job!!
I called 5 months ago because they still have to bill me for the modem I have. Then I called repeatedly after that...and it's still "On it's way!"
So, it takes a year to send one bill, apparently![]()
Maybe this means they forgot about it. Their incompetence is working in my favour!
I'm wondering if I should call and remind them one more time or just forget it. On one hand, they should get their shit together, on the other, I don't want to be hit with some bullshit charges for failing to pay on time, or interest, or whatever.
