I am amping up my routine for summer and got the Shape Bikini body camp DVD. I was skeptical because i have been less than impressed with self's dvds, but this one got really good reviews on amazon so i was excited.
I love it!! Its split into 3 sections...one is 30 mins intense cardio, then 30 mins cardio with sculpt, and then 30 mins of a mix. You do one a day, then two days you repeat one. I have noticed a difference from these workouts..the cardio is simple to follow (caution-hi impact) and the sculpting is really good..no bulk and compound moves make it really effective. Plus it comes with the resistance band, all you need besides that are 3-5 lbs weights.
Summary: this is a really effective great workout that uses little time to get really good results..and those curtsy reverse lunges will really shape your booty!!
