I haven't worked out in a few years and I started yesterday to do a work out video and todya my legs, oh they are on fire! each step hurts!

Thanks, I actually had a muscle relaxer from when I hurt my back so I took it. I will stretch again ina bit, my hubby got something called tiger balm should I put that on? it's like a rub thing.



Tiger balm....... is that mentolated?If it is I would use it.but,Im not really sure what tiger balm is
I'd try an Epsom salt bath, Advil and of course stretching those muscles out which was already mentioned. Give yourself a day to recover then work out every other day as opposed to every single day.
