I love these threads! I am a complete health and fitness freak! I work out everyother day. This helps the muscles to build in between workouts and let them rest as well. I do squats for my butt usually 3-5 reps of 20. Abs- I work on my obliques doing sideways situps, crunches for upper abs, and leglifts for lower abs. I finish with pushups for upper body strength. I also watch what I eat...NO SODA...subsitute soymilk for wholemilk, and eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. I drink water constantly all day, too. It's worth the time and hard work, and people can definitely tell when you take care of your body...even if you're already petite.![]()

^I wish it were me...I've been told I look like her, though!!... It's "Aishwarya Rai", and Indian actress and model...she is my idol! My computer's disk drive is broke right now so I can't post any pics of me. When I buy an external drive I will post some pics on the site. My hair is that exact color, I do my makeup exactly like hers, and basically model my "whole look" after her. She is such a beautiful person inside and out.

I have her on my computer screensavers, too...change them everyday to a different pic of her. I keep my look like hers...EXOTIC!
Thanx4 the advice. When we lived in FL we surfed year round and now my arms are weaker after being up north this winter... really need the gym for some upper body.
