    Default Fish food

I had this marvelous grilled salmon on a bed of washed greens for dinner last night (creamy Italian on the side). It was the perfect food after a workout, I decided. Light, full of goodness, low in carbs.

So I'm wanting to increase my fish intake.

Who has some favorite--and easy to prepare--fish recipies?

seared ahi tuna!!!! get a sushi quality piece of ahi, and lightly baste it with seseme oil, cover in seseme seeds, and sear 30-50 seconds per side. then slice.

(it should be like a square log before cutting.....) it's be good with your previous salad.... ginger dressing.

for a sause, light soy is simple, but a wasabi sause is great too.

Also, they are nice with pan-fried fish. I make a sauce with a dab of unsalted butter, orange juice, fresh vietnamese coriander (tarragon is good too) , chopped mango, a dash of sea salt, a dash of hot sauce---stir and simmer in a pan till the fruit is soft, and pour over the fish.
yum! that'd be good with the ahi tuna 4 sure!!! or even as a topping for grilled salmon.

I have been surfing this new website (not really new, but new to me) called Mercola.com and this doctor knows a ton about health and nutrition. I am a big fish eater too but he says eating fish is really dangerous because of the high concentration of metals in their bodies cuz we dump so much junk into the oceans. He recommends fish oil capsules. Just food for thought- I got the capsules but I still eat salmon too.
