    Default CLA Brands

    Yes, another CLA thread .....

I heard that EAS CLA was one of the best brands, so that's what I got. What are the other brands, and how do they rate?

    What do you take?

Is the Tonalin brand the best?

I take the Tonalin (I swear I'm not stalking you CF, I'm just home alone and bored today!)

I've tried a few other brands and I like the Tonalin the best.

LOL, no it's OK, please stalk me

Have you tried the EAS brand? The reason I ask is because I looked at the link MadMaxine gave me to where she gets here CLA at a good price and it didn't have EAS, but it had Tonalin brand at an awesome price!

Yah, if you can get the Tonalin at a good price, I'd go with it, unless you love the EAS brand.

And I feel like such a dork, but one of the threads where it explained that you MUST work out while taking tonalin in order for it to work, otherwise it will have the opposite effect....uhm, der! I should have kept my hair blonde, I swear! I took a little break from the gym (read: lazy ass) and was wondering why it seemed a bit fluffier than normal.....yah, I know.

(yay! I get to stalk CF!!! WooHoo!)

    Exotic...
Yeah, that workout with taking it thing-that happened to me too. I got the first bottle and took the dosage last year; because I was more concerned about my cellulite than my weight. Then I got upset because I was gaining. I thought it didn't work. Duh-Yep, I'm blonde too.

I am going to try again: Tonalin brand CLA and 30 min treadmill 3 to four times a week. Unfortunately, my schedule is so erratic that I can't go for four days straight; then I CAN go for three days straight. I hope that works.

I'll keep you all posted when I get going; should be this weekend. Wish me luck.

I've been taking the Tonalin brand. Im so excited to see it working on my love handles! Cellulite seems to be getting less and less, but I have an overactive imagination sometimes. Im not sure about the other brands; but since CLA has been out for quite a while, its seems like there should be other equally effective brands on the market.

I've been taking Swanson's "Tonalin CLA". MadMaxine told me about it. Cheapest route so far, and I priced it on eBay and in town too.

I paid a grand total of $22.84 from this site, and that's for 180 soft gels (2 bottles). They also make suggestions for you to pair with the Tonalin, like a Carb Blocker, and give you a discount for buying them both if you want ( I didn't. )

Sorry for the long link, I couldn't shorten it.

Hey--I got the Tonalin CLA about a month ago; and I haven't really been able to work out like I should, but it is working pretty well ! The bottle I got has each pill at 1200mg instead of just 1000; so I guess this new way is a bit more efficient. Whatever is going on; it's working for me. I keep it in the fridge too; just in case anyone forgot you are supposed to.
My other supplements are Saw Palmetto for my liver; a daily multivitamin; and a 3-6-9 (fish, flax and borage oil). Only once a day for each of these.
Oh, and I'm also taking an ephedrine supplement; but only once a day also.
I'll keep on it and see...
