So I've been at my new club for like 6 weeks so far, and I've been making good money, and it's great! Except for the fact that I'm in the top 3 girls every night, and the last two nights I've got at least twice as many dances as the #2 girl. I've just been in a good mood and ready to hustle and socialize. Last night I was on the floor the entire time, and only went to the dressing room after being onstage to re-dress and freshen up. Whatever, it's not my fault they don't feel like working, and I do, so I get all the money. I have plenty of nights when I just don't feel like working, so I sit in the dressing room most of the time and end up taking home the same amount as the rest of them.
So last night I'm in the dressing room, and this girl who's been at this club for a long time, and who usually does really well (as in top 3) tells me that the manager told her that I needed to "tone it down" in the VIP. Whaaa? There are at least a few outright prostitutes in that club, and the most I do is let them touch my boobies, if they're cute and polite. It pisses me off that just because I'm having a good streak, the girls assume I'm sucking dick. Grrrrr. So I talked to the manager that was there last night (not the one the dancer was referring to) and he told me not to worry about it -- he said that the managers know what goes on in the VIP, and if any of them had a problem with my dances, they would tell me directly, not another dancer... Which makes sense, of course.. I guess I was fooled by this girl's BS because she's been at this club a long time and seems to be close with the managers.
Anyway, I don't know if there's anything I can do... It's not fair that they assume all this shit just because I'm making good money and the rest of them aren't.. Grmph. Any advice?

As for a cure to jealous bitchy dancers... there is none. Just ignore it... enjoy it even. It means you're doing well.
However, next time someone accuses you of something (whether directly or backhandedly) tell them directly and immediately that you are not doing anything wrong. If you say anything other than to deny it, they'll start spreading rumors.

No, it hasn't ruined my hustle yet. I just can't believe girls would do this... Lol, I guess I shouldn't be so naive after dancing for over a year, but at my old club, there was a higher percentage of prostitutes than there is here, so no one worried about it. Lol... it's funny that way.. when most of the girls are prostitutes, there're no problems, but when fewer of them are... I'd say 1/4 of them at my new club, from what I'm able to tell so far... it creates bigger problems... sigh..
