I was going to buy some of these hoping it would make my skin look better, but will this put weight on me? (im not preggo) One of my friends says they wont make me gain weight, one of them says they will.

I dont see why they would. Its just vitamins. Just more vitamins that a regular kind, and mor efolic acid, things pregnant women need. But they don't have any thing in them to fatten you up LOL.

Don't have kids, but have taken prenatals before and did research due to same concerns. All of it pointed to NO weight gain. But they are super concentrated,so it's probably better not to take them for too long of a time period.
RusDancer is right. My mom takes them right now. She says not to take too many for too long because PNs are supposed to be a boost for basically 2 people, and if you take it for too long your body starts struggling with all the excess.( She's a nurse)
I've found that Fish Oil and CLA together provide the same great skin/hair/nails results that pre-natals would, and you can take them indefinitely. (Of course with the CLA you have to exercise at least a little and eat right).
I saw that my mom had a vitamin supplement that said "Hair, skin and nails" or something like that in her closet. I could ask her I suppose.
Agreed with everyone else. I was taking them for a while for the hair, skin, etc, benefits, but found them to be very hard on the stomach and tended to make me nauseous.
I'm all for propriety and decency, after all, profanity is just the linguistic crutch of pathetic motherfuckers.

I don't see how they could possible make you gain. They have no calories...
Think of them as "super" multivitamins.
Personally though, if you are taking it for beauty reasons I would just get some good hair/nails/skin vitamins. For one thing, these specifically have hair/nail/skin nutrients and they don't have the other baby type stuff like lots of iron which could do more harm than good.
For skin I would second the fish oil. Lots of people swear by primrose oil or flax too.
On drugstore.com Lots of people seemed to say GNC's hair/skin/nails formula helped their skin. Since I started taking supplements there is a slight improvement in my skin, but what helped more was cleaning up my diet+lots of water.
hair/skin/nails type vits always make me sick. A friend suggested these so..im gonna try it for a month.thanks girls.

I've been taking OneSource prenatals (also not preggo) for a while now, and they have not changed my weight that I can see. It says to take two, so I take one since I have no child to take for as well. I love how my skin and hair look when I take them. Yay!
