Anyone else use Fibersure?
They say you should get 35 grams of fiber per day, but most americans only get about 12 grams a day.
I've been using Fibersure for abotu a year now, just to try and up my fiber intake. I add it to my water, and mix it in my morning oatmeal, or mix it in with my juice. It's tasteless and everything, so I can't even tell I'm drinking it. Plus it helps make you feel full, and poop more regularly.
I dunno if it helps anything or not, but I feel like Im doing something good...
All an attempt to crowd out the bad....
