    Default Fibersure

    Anyone else use Fibersure?
    They say you should get 35 grams of fiber per day, but most americans only get about 12 grams a day.

    I've been using Fibersure for abotu a year now, just to try and up my fiber intake. I add it to my water, and mix it in my morning oatmeal, or mix it in with my juice. It's tasteless and everything, so I can't even tell I'm drinking it. Plus it helps make you feel full, and poop more regularly.

    I dunno if it helps anything or not, but I feel like Im doing something good...

    All an attempt to crowd out the bad....

    I use it as well. I find that I feel much fuller with a high fiber and protein diet than anything else. And yes, I feel like I'm doing something good for my body to counteract the bad things that I sometimes give in to.

    Sounds good. I however take Citrucel every morning at least, more if I need it. It's better than Metamucil because it doesn't cause gas, and it tastes like OJ( just a little watered down) so I like it. I have to take it for my IBS, so I drink that when i take all my vitamins in the morning.

    ^^ ya know for IBS, acacia fiber is suposed to be much better for the tummy than other fibers.
    I guess Psyilum and inulin fiber can cause bloat and pain, acacia fiber is supposed to be better for IBS tummys. Unfortunatly, I cannot find it anywhere except online.

    What fibersure?
    Anywhere. Drugstore/walmart/supermarket
    In the fiber aisle. ( with laxatives and stuff like that)
