K, so the title pretty much says it all... I want to start taking vitamins again (This includes multi, flax, fish oil, etc) but I'm not sure if I should take them all at once in the morning, or split them up into segments during the day.
For example, the instructions on the fish oil says that 2 capsules should be taken daily.. Should I take one during the morning and one during the night, or is it okay to take both in the morning? Or does it not matter?
