I'm trying to lose about 30 pounds before dancing... give or take, working out/muscle gain will vary the actual number.
Anyway, I was wondering what you eat in a typical day or if you follow a specific published diet what is it?
What do you eat normally and what about when you are trying to slim down?
What about workout routines?

Perfect! Now that I've been doing this for so long, I ssooo prefer ricemilk or soymilk and just can't stand the taste of whole milk anymore, feels like I'm drinking liquid lard.
