    Default Fitness bootcamps?

My trainer and I dont have schedules that match while Im in school so I was looking into bootcamps. I found this really cool one that is 3 days a week for a month and fits into my schedule and just under 300 bucks. They also make a diet for you.

My question is had anyone done one? Did you like the results? I figure this is a good way for someone to tell me what to do and loose weight in a good way.

The gym that I go to runs a boot camp. I have been thinking about doing it - its also 3 days per week but its at like 6am! I dont know if I will be able to drag myself out of bed at that time esp if I have worked the night before.

I know a few people who have got really great and fast results from it. They work u pretty damn hard from what I've heard.

Girl, I was so going to make a thread like this yesterday!

$300 for a month is a lot of freaking money TM. Why not get some DVD bootcamps?

This one is outside so it has alot of different kinds of workouts to offer rather than inside. Its less than my trainer for the amount of time and meetings per week and this program comes with a menu customized to my needs. They change it every 2 weeks.

So, it meets 3x per week, but for how long each time? I'd like to maybe look into something like this after my baby is born to get myself going again.

Its an hour long. 3x/week for 4 weeks. For this program it comes out to 22.50 each meet. Im thinking what PT is that cheap and I get a meal plan. I think Im going to go for the trial workout to see how it is.

I wouldnt do the DVD's if I bought them. Im one of those people that has to be told what to do and have some sort of commitment to it.
