Default After BA, when did you go back to work?

Ok, I looked through all the posts on BA's and couldn't find the answer I was looking for....
I had my BA on Monday May 21st (two weeks ago). I know I should be patient and everything but I cannot wait for them to drop....I really want to go back to work but I am so paranoid about them looking weird. They have dropped pretty nicely so far, but they are still not where they need to be. How long does this take??? I have heard many different opinions, and I know that it depends on many factors (i.e. implant size, texure, postition). Most girls I know have come back to work in 2-3 weeks, some look great, others not so much.
So, for all of you who have had BA's, How long did you wait to go back to work? How long did it take for your boobs to drop? How long until you liked the look of your new boobs?

    Thanks! -K

How ever long your doc says its ok to go back to work. My doc told me 1 month until I would be able to work. He also knew what I did for a living so being open with him helped.

Pretty much took about 10-11 months for my boobs to fully drop. I have had no kids and was a small 34B so the skin was pretty tight and I went as big as I could go. I liked them alot for the size and being able to fit into things but I really liked them almost a year after my BA. Now I fully like them and have a bit of boobie greed too.

If you can afford it, give yourself 6 weeks to be safe. If you're bored and broke, 4 weeks is fine, in my opinion.

i took about 8 weeks, originally planned for a full 2 months. Mostly because i went pretty big and my club is a touching club and i was scared of them getting grabbed too roughly. My doctor had already given me the ok to do physical labor and be braless by that point but i just wanted to be sure.

if it's a redo, it's not as traumatic to your body, but it's still surgery!

I'm sure her doctor would have advised against that, but I'm guessing she didn't care.

Thanks everyone! It's 3 weeks today and I am just dying to go back...weird isn't it? When I'm at work all I want to do is take a vacation, and now I'm dancing around my house in stripper shoes because I miss it LOL.
Oh, as far as going back so soon, I should have mentioned that I work at a gown club, very low key, no contact etc. (We don't even have a pole )
Anyhow, one more question.....what did you use to cover the incision scars? My scars are very very small, but I still want to put something on them. I'm thinking foundation, maybe Dermablend? Anybody know something that is not going to rub off easily?

Take as much time as you can. A girl I work with went back too early and one of her incisions got an infection and the implant started coming out. Needless to say, her boob is still messed up years later after 7 surgeries.

I would say at least four to six weeks.

Starting back too soon can cause complications, like scar tissue (capsular contraction) and infection.

    Mine dropped after eight months.

I think you should wait about a month just to be on the safe side. When you do go back, make sure to take it easy and listen to your body.
