    Default Clothes- Just starting Out

How important is it to have a variety of outfits? I have a couple cute things from working at the peepshow and I might start working at a club...I just dont want to go on a shopping spree till the money's coming in. Will I be ok with just a few different outfits for the 1st couple weeks?

Depends on the club..as long as they dont have a dress code(gown only, etc..) you'll be fine.

Well, I think it depends on how often you go on stage.
If yoru going up a few times a night, it's nice to have a different outfit for each time.
But if your only up once a night...you can wear the same thing all night.

I have a lot of different outfits, but I only take 2 to work with me every night. The one I plan on wearing, and a back up, in case somethign gets spilled on me or if it gets torn.
But I only go on stage once a night, if at all.

I go on stage 1x an hour, about, and It'd take a shitload of time (not to mention laundry!) to change before each!!!!!

yes, just a few outfits are fine for now

When I first started I changed all the time, before each stage set. But the last five months or so I've really just started wearing the same thing all night long. The guys recognize me easily and I don't waste any time changing, I'd actually recommend not spending money on multiple outfits. Pick a few that you really love, fit you well and are interchangeable for variety.
I'm confused, but the Chewbacca Truffle Shuffle cleared it up. - Emily

I find if a girl changes outfits too often in a night, it is harder to be recognized by certain men who may have seen you on stage earlier on.

    This is all true.

However, if im not doing well I like to change my outfit. Some guys are drunk and its kinda dark so if your wearing something different, they might think your someone new that they havnt seen. = exciting change= more $$

thats what i tell myself anyways.

I agree. Take $200 (or whatever you budget for work attire) and buy one or two KICK ASS, beautifully cut, high quality, sparkly (if that's your thing), in the color/s you look your absolute BEST in. It's way better then spending on several outfits that you only look "good" or "okay" in. Check out some stuff by J. Valentine, Sexy Brazil (but god, be careful, there are some wacky outfits from this label), Nom de Plume, etc. An outfit that looks expensive and flatters your figure perfectly will pay for itself night after night.

I think this is a situation where quality is much better then quantity.

yeah I've been browsing online...I hate buying clothes online since you can't try them on but there arent many places around here to get stripper clothes.
