    Default Foot problems

I went to the doc and apparently my arch is too high and that is what is causing my feet ot hurt :Sigh: I was so trying to work on my body and try to get a job or something but I need to have these special shoes and one of my feet is bound and let me tell you injections on your feet are painful. Anyone have feet problems?

I had an appointment with a podiatrist today. I have the beginning of hammertoes on my fourth toes, and the bone on the side of my feet is starting to stick out a bit. My feet do not land properly and pressure is being put on the wrong areas. Bone structure is genetic as both of my parents have had problems with their feet. I ended up spending $750 to get two pairs of orthodics made. One pair to wear with heels and one for everday. The doctor said if left without treatment I could develop bunions and start to have pain which would result in needing to have surgery performed... so it's a small price to pay I guess. Wish I had gone to the doctor to get orhtodics sooner though.

Don't let your feet stop you from dancing. Ask your doctor if you'll be able to wear orthodics in heels. Hopefully your feet can still be trained, and fixed without surgery. Good luck!

My dad has a "flat foot" from when he got into a car accident (the arch was gone), so they needed to make coustom inserts for his shoes in order to make that arch.
Kinda cool, he had to step on some pad thing and they instantly had a copy of his foot

I used to wear orthodics for high arches and it really helped. For some reason they haven't bothered me in years. I would try dancing anyway...... Go do it while you can!
