I read up on this already but none of the posts answered my questions. I am only interested in this to use along with lots of water to help relieve bloat before i head back to work.
I had a cup with about 6-8 oz yesterday, and about 5 oz today. I thought it was supposed to really make the person poop? Am i in for a surprise tomorrow or something? I had only planned to drink 1 cup a day for two days. Thanks all!
