I started keepign a food journal today. I woke up at 8am, it is now 10:50
And I have already consumed 1,300 calories. A whole days worth, in 2 hours!
Writing everything down is very eye opening. And this started as a healthy day. I had a bowl of total cereal, 2 glasses of juice. The thign that fucked me up was 3 slices of pizza, (820 cal)reheated from yesterday, and a can of sprite.
If this is how much I've already had, before the day is over, I bet consume over 3,000 calories. Wow.
Now i realize how totally unrealistic I've been.
At least tomorrow is another day to start over and try again. And i can go to the gym today and work some of that off, plus working tonight can work it off.....but wow.....I had no idea i ate that much. I'm lucky I've stayed as thin as I am, with how bad I ate and how little i worked out.
