    Default A Sparkpeople Question

My OCD-love for making lists and data entry has me loving sparkpeople.com but I have a question, for those on the site or not.... since I can enter info on exercise, what do I list stripping as?

I can enter the time I am actually walking on stage and around the club, but they list walking by minutes per mile... and I'm not sure what to list it as there... they have 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 24, and 30 minutes per mile. Then they have things like aerobics (general high impact, general low impact, step high impact, step low impact), calisthenics (moderate and vigorous), bellydancing,
dancing (square, ballroom, disco, dancing (fast: ballet, twist) and dancing (slow: waltz, foxtrot)... anyone on that site already plug something in when they work? Anyone who isn't on the site wanna take a guess?

Tee hee; That would be me .

    I see a possible combo:

Calisthenics (vigorous) with a twist of Slowdance and Bellydancing.

    P.S. SmAcK (your avatar) !!! .

    LoL .

Sure. I can do something like....

I estimate that I walked on stage and on the floor for X number of minutes, so I plug in walk (at the slowest setting) for X minutes. Then I estimate that my dancing was closest to slow dance and I did it for maybe Y minutes so I put in slow dancing for Y minutes. I just worry that it is gonna be WAY off on how many calories I burn. Gah.
