    Default reinfection of mono

Well, for those of you who might have read my posts regarding being tired I did have some bloodwork run last week. Today I received my results and everything looks fine except I have been reinfected with mono. I know around 95% of us have been infected with the Epstein-Barr virus which is the virus that causes mono. Apparently, this is the second "flare-up" for me. Just wanted to know if anyone else has had this experience?

My best friend has severe complications from a bout of mono in her early 20s....IMO if one has pre-existing underlying health issues, it's easier for the virus to ravage and re-infect the person.

I would recommend subscribing to 's mailing list for people with Epstein-Barr virus. Lots of good ideas. Also cleaning up your diet and using homepathy can help somewhat.
