Hello, I was wondering if being a stripper seems to hold less taboo depending on what state you live in, or what country, like Portland versus New York versus Australia? Do you feel like you might feel like if someone found out about your night job, it might be less harmful to your non-stripping life...if only you lived in a certain region where it is more "acceptable?" Thanks for your input![]()

I live in ME and I hear some people talk alot of trash about strippers in general. I'm talking to this lady the other day and shes telling me about her -ex-future-daughter-in law (lol) and how the whole family jokes about how shes gonna end up a stripper and how AWFUL it is for them to say that. And I really just wanted to say "I'm a stripper", but it was my bf's moms best friend. Or when my bf was talking to his friend about going to strip clubs and he said "i dont like them, they're all nasty ho's anyway." Or my bf's mother telling him not to "spend his money on those sluts" when he told her we were in a strip club.

I believe you Dottie and you have my support
