well there is so many! when i want to juice for greens i have some favs. then when i want to blend vita-mix smoothies.
STRESS RELIEVER
1 kale leaf
1 collard leaf
small handful of parsley
1 stalk of celery
1 cucumber
1/2 red pepper
1 tomato
celery stalk for garnish
Juice leaves and parsley, then the celery and carrot. Follow with red pepper,
tomato, and broccoli. Garnish with celery stalk.
Turbo Chai Gallon Recipe 1 Cup Vanilla Agave 4 1/4 Cups Pure Water 1 1/2 Cups Coco Chai Drink Mix 1 Cup Activated Nuts like
Pistachios, Walnuts, etc. 2 Tbl Pristine Guarana 1 Tbl Pristine Yerba Matte 1-3 Tbl Pure Organic MSM
Blend till smooth and add 10 1/2 CupsPure Water 8+ Drops Pure Essential Orange Oil
Refrigerate & drink all day
Minty Fresh Smoothie
2 medium bananas
1 medium cucumber
2 tbs fresh basil
1 tbs fresh mint
2 small peaches or 1 apple
put all ingredients in blender, and create a creamy and delicious smoothie!
Divine Decadence Dark Cacao Nectar
3 cups raw almond milk
3 tsp. goji berries, soaked for 4-6 hrs.
3 tbs. raw carob powder
3 tbs. raw cacao powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of cayenne
pinch of salt
Process all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Chil for 1-2 hrs. before serving.

1/2 head of purple cabbage
5 stalks celery
1 cup blackberries
1 piece of ginger (skin on)
1 lime or lemon
2 tsp. maca powder
