I'm interested to know how many of you find this sort of look attractive.
Part of me does but part of me doesn't. Some of the bodies look great but perhaps a little hard.

not AT ALL.
i admire their dedication and like being toned but that sort of thing isn't...my cup of tea
oh and i swear i saw the second one on Miami Ink, wierd
I don't like it. I think some fitness/figure women look great, like Jamie Eason, but for the most part I don't really like that look (even she gets a bit musc sometimes)
I don't envy them at all. I think it's gross looking, and why is it that all of those pictures have women that have man faces?

I think their faces end up looking manly esp if they take steroids because of the low percentage of body fat and high levels of testosorone.
It creeps me out![]()

My aunt used to compete in body building comps. But this was back in the late 80s early 90s and she was in the figure category rather than the physique (really muscly, man looking).
She was too muscly for me but she still looked very feminine esp in the face and she never touched steroids. But these days even the figure categories which are supposed to be more "natural" are all ripped, hard bodies like in the pics.
I have always wondered what would inspire a woman to become so muscly. I would imagine it would make every day life very difficult.
I have many body builder friends (men) and even they are given quite a hard time. One of them was walking down the street in Queensland on holiday with his girlfriend and someone went past in a car, shouted steroid head and threw a full can of coke at him. It hit him in the face and smashed his glasses. I dont understand how people can behave like that.
Yeh it's not something I would go for, esp being 5"0 I would look terrible.
But I think the one in the green top is the best looking out of all of them.
Yeah, I think the thing that creeps me out the most is that most of them have completely manish faces...like the only thing identifying them as female is the clothing and the fake boobs...

^^
and acrylic nails....hehe
^ rofl, indeed.

That gold bikini in the first pic is the teenie weeniest bikini I have ever seen. I would look dreadfully hidious in that ewwwwww.
She had one of the most manlyish faces out of the bunch...
I do not find this body type to be attractive. I have a lot of respect for their discipline in the gym, but no physical attraction.
My man thought, upon seeing the pictures, that perhaps some of the women in their past had been overpowered by a man, and were driven to prevent that from happening ever again. It would make sense in some cases.
Many of the women in the pictures have boob jobs, girly clothes, pink hair ties, jewlery, or acrylic nails ( like you all mentioned. It seems they need some form of external girliness and femininity to make up for what they are lacking.
I also wonder how many of these women's significant others are body builders as well.
I like my women to be supple and round, and my men to be hard and squared, not the other way around.
MARYJANEKNIGHTLY![]()

I dislike the look of women who are muscular to the point of looking bulky. Tone is good, a masculine form is not. Some of those chicks remind me of the Incredible Hulk. I don't even like men who look that bulky. Women who do make my stomach turn.

Horrifying...
I love the bodies of fitness/figure girls.. but THAT... yuck.
ugh...no thanks...for me, it's the highly prominent veins that get me...

I actually I guess am a rarity, because I do like the look. These women show alot of strength and dedication for what they do. I do not want to become a bodybuilder, but I would like to compete in Figure Competitions. Maybe if I start working and lifting weights now like I should, I will be solid enough for hte Arnold Classic.

I respect their dedication but I don't find that look attractive at all. Man or woman, an overly muscular body is a turn off for me.

yuck, no.
if you're as musclular as my husband (or more!), then no way. they just look weird.
i hate how manly their faces are too. it's like it changes their bone structure, cause even their bones in their faces are "manly"
also, why is it when you see them in competition, their bodies are super dark but their faces are white as ghosts???? why don't they match their makeup to the rest of their body!!!

I respect them for doing it, but I prefer the figure build. Nice, built ladies that look like ladies.
The "man-face" that people are talking about happens when one's body fat dips too low and becomes much more prominent when juicing. Ick.
The tanning lotion looks really, really weird when applied to your face. Very day-glow orange. And it's impossible to match with makeup.
NO..not even a little. Too much. I dont even like that over muscled look in a guy..no less a woman.

Not my thing at all. I like mah wimmins to be very femme. Hell, I don't even like males that are that defined.

Girl on the far left has posted here under the name Trish BTW. I have dated many female bbers and one pro. They are like any women, some look great with muscles and are very female, and some are not so pretty and too masculine for my taste. But, personal tastes is personal taste, so if that makes them happy, they should be supported and not hassled for their life choices.
