I looove my pole tricks. They're fun and they make me feel all special. But, I've noticed that my arms and pecs have been getting larger than I want them to... which makes sense... not a lot of reps with heavy weight (that would be me, hehe). It doesn't help that my body builds muscle pretty easily.I'm thinking about just nixing the pole tricks. Does anyone have this problem? Are there special tricks for this problem that I just don't know about?
