Default I've got to get my joints loosened up by 6 p.m.

I worked a long shift last night and really busted ass. I made great money and all, but today my knees, ankles, and lower back are all killing me. Yes, I know I am a geriatric dancer, but I need help! I'm due to go in at 6:00 to pull another power shift and I want to be 100% by that time.

So far I'm trying stretching and I took some Ibuprofen and Naproxen. Should I use ice, heat............? I never work two long shifts in a row like this, usually after I bust ass on Saturday night I have a day to recover. This time I need to get it together fast.

Help!! If anyone knows this stuff it is you guys. Thanks in advance.

Have your man rub in a combination of BenGay, Aspercreme, and Arnica gel into your sore spots. Have him rub all 3 in very well and be careful to stay away from any sensitive spots of mucous membranes. Then, lay down with your legs elevated from the knees, and a bit further elevated from the ankles up.

Drink lots of water and take some powder-form vitamins. Grab an expresso before work for a little boost. At least this is what I used to do....
