I want to do this. Has anyone else tried it?
I did it for a little bit - my own way. I didn't know it was called "waist training." The belt I was using broke (not from wearing it). I went from 25" to 23". I want to take it down to 20 is I can. I'm like 5' so I think it's not too crazy.
Next time I have the extra funds, I'm buying a training belt. I'm so curious. I'll only wear it at home though. And definitely not all day. I need to be able to hold it all "in" usuing my own muscles.
Anyone else?
