Either way, I'm not complaining. Both will put a smile on my face! I've gotten a snowball effect from money showers and from doing multiple dances. Anytime you are getting a lot of attention, customers want to know why.

Is the standard to lay the tip out while she's doing her show? For me, I always noticed the amount (a $5, $10, $20 is better) if the customer put it out when I was dancing in front of him.
But if it's a busy night and she's grabbing the tips to get off the stage fast b/c the next girl is coming on, it might be easy to miss (so the stack of ones would be better). If you really want to make an impression, say, "Come see me for a dance later." Or do some dances and then tip her that larger bill when she goes on stage.
(Showers are cheesy, but that's just me. I'd rather have a dance.)
