    Default Kimkins

    The Kimkins diet seems to be very odd to me. You eat hardly any to no carbs and I can't really count how many calories are in each day of meals. How does this work? Not surprisingly seems unhealthy since there are very little or no carbs.

    What do you guys think?

    That seems unhealthy and not something to stick with for very long. I wonder how the body can handle breaking down whats basically all proteins. I wouldn't try it. I've got to keep some sort of balance of carbs/proteins or I feel way to hungry and crappy.

    Yeah..maybe if yo uweighed 400 lbs you could lose 18 n a week.

    Those breakfasts are way too heavy and far too complicated for me to cook when I stumble out of bed at 7 to work 12 hours. I would eat that and go right back to bed. Besides, my body doesn't break down heavy proteins well, like steak. When I eat steak, I bloat and get gassy.

    But for someone who is heavily weight training and wants to build up, I think it would be better. I'll stick to this dinner of low-fat granola and almond milk.
