A day ago, National Public Radio's Robert Krulwich had an interesting and amusing segment interviewing a lobster researcher. The upshot: Given a food supply, and free from parasites or physical damage, lobsters seem to be "ageless." That is, they keep growing*, showing no loss of energy, sex drive or (for a lobster) mental acuity.
This got me thinking: What three or four things are you doing to keep youthful?
I'll start:
*Excercise (shooting for daily)
*Avoiding process foods
*Adequate sleep
*Meeting new people
*The next time you eat a 12lb lobster, consider that it is probably older than you are.
