    Default "Ageless" lobsters

A day ago, National Public Radio's Robert Krulwich had an interesting and amusing segment interviewing a lobster researcher. The upshot: Given a food supply, and free from parasites or physical damage, lobsters seem to be "ageless." That is, they keep growing*, showing no loss of energy, sex drive or (for a lobster) mental acuity.

This got me thinking: What three or four things are you doing to keep youthful?

    I'll start:

    *Excercise (shooting for daily)
    *Avoiding process foods
    *Adequate sleep
    *Meeting new people

*The next time you eat a 12lb lobster, consider that it is probably older than you are.

Don't forget to moisturize your neck...I feel like thats the one place you can tell a womens age.

SPF 15 everyday, even in the winter

Keep your mind active. It's proven that elders who keep sharp with activities like sudoku keep mental acuity longer. It's the ones who just get lazy who get senile quicker.

SLEEEEEP. I try to never set the alarm other than for classes or my internship. I figure if I sleep a whole day away, I needed it more than errands!

Cetaphil with spf, though I am looking for a new eye specific cream.

Acting like an idiot on a regular basis.

    Vitamins and extra vitamin C

Need to make time for more stretching & exercise though.

Sleep(even if I have to take sleeping pills to get it..better then going for days without)

    excersize

eating well and in moderation so I can be healthy, not gain weight and yet still eat things I love

    no kids

    no drugs

quitting smoking..I will NOT buy another pack. I will look instead for "fake" herbal cigs when I get the next craving. I want the action of smoking...not the nicotine so this will be perfect for me.

    moisturize like CRAZY

    SPF 30 daily
    Good skin care
Organic veggies, cage-free eggs, and BGH dairy
    Having fun with a vengeance
Seeing the world through my kid's eyes

But I don't think excessive computer time is helping me any.
