. I'm hypoglycemic and need to eat pretty regularly. I have trouble keeping meals small and consistent throughout the day. I'm pretty retarded when it comes to planning healthy balanced meals, so I just eat whatever in very small quantities. Totally unhealthy, I know. I wish I had my own nutritionist who could help me plan things out. Usually when I graze its all fruits and sometimes carrots or broccoli.
I'm wondering if anyone has found a diet thats good for consistent grazing throughout the day. I seriously need to be told what to eat and when for me to diet. I'm small so 1200 calories is about as much as I can eat a day and not gain weight.
