An article by Lisa Nicita in today's "The Arizona Republic" appeared under the banner: "Exasperation rises as suggestive clothing for girls spreads from teens to toddlers".
Some mothers interviwed asserted that it's difficult to find appropriate clothing for their 4-year old daughters at retail chains or mall shops. Are they simply overreacting, or might they be correct?

Well, maybe not so much but I will not be allowing her to play with those stupid Bratz dolls or dress like a street prostitute. Clothing for warm/hot weather is one thing but provocative clothing for the hell of it on a little kid is unacceptable. I also blame pageants...a little girl wearing red lipstick and blue eyeshadow is a sad thing to see.
not a rude, chauvinistic display of bad taste...
LUV IT!!!
