    Default waitress taking dancers money

recently, there's a waitress at one of the clubs i work at that's bending over and lifting up her skirt to pick up her tips. obviously i wouldn't have a problem if she wasn't interfering with my money, and the other dancers money as well, i was on stage at work yesterday and some guy put a dollar on my tiprail and he had 3 more to give me, just then she walks by and he dropped them on the floor for her to pick up (my friend also complained of this). oohh, i was pissed, i know it's only $3, but it's the principle of the matter, she's a waitress not a dancer. i heard she used to dance, if she wants to show her ass so much she should just go back to dancing. anybody else have a problem like this, i'm not sure what all the girls think about it. it's just annoying.

That's not cool...if she wants to show her ass for tips, she should get back in her platforms. *GRRR*
If everything you try is a sure thing, you aren't taking enough risks. If you never fail, you put a limit on the degree to which you can succeed. In short, the only way to win big is to risk losing

Ugh. A cocktail waitress at my club does stuff like this. It's annoying, but I don't think it's ever cost me more than a dollar or two. That whole phenomenon about guys wanting the most dressed girl in the room is a bitch, though. The other night a guy asked her why she wasn't dancing and she said she was a "good girl." She then flashed her tit to him for 5 bucks.

Agreed with Audrey. Get enough girls to tell her what's up and she won't have much choice but to back off.

Oh, the "good girl" must not be very smart. She should've charged more

I have found that sometimes when I'm a little too nice to people they take advantage... I've never been in that situation with a waitress, but twice dancers I was "friends" with tried to "share" my customer. I let the first one get away with it because I didn't know what else to do. When the second one did it instead of ignoring it I frowned at her and let her know that her behavior was unacceptable.

Sometimes all it takes is a disapproving look to let her know you noticed what she is doing and you don't like it.

Oh, at my club the waitresses just sit down and drink with the customers for free. Other dancers do this too. I hate it!

this girl only work fri and sat night. tonight she wasn't there and i made good money. i've talked about it with other girls and it is annoying, my friend asked the bouncer if she could do that, but this is his first club he's working in and he's only been here 6 weeks, so he didn't do anything and management has seen it and as far as i know haven't said anything.

Yeah, this should be handled as a group effort. I guarantee you, if she's got a dozen pissed-off strippers in heavy shoes gathered around her looking threatening, she will get the message.
