    Default Tipping Out

So, I'm going in to audition and all of these "what if's" and questions are going through my mind. The latest one right now is tipping out. I searched forums, I know I've seen something about it before, but can't find it now. I am going to audition and I was wondering what is a good rule of thumb for tip outs? Does the club usually explain all of that pretty well upon hiring? I want to make sure that I give enough, but not too much. Is there a certain percentage that u give from what u make? Like I said, I'm getting nervous, so I have all of these questions popping in my head! Thank you ladies for being so kind and patient with me and all my newb questions!

Well usually someone at the club should explain the situation on tipping out. Maybe they will have a rule book explaining how that works. All clubs are different. Sometimes tip outs are already included in your house fee. Generally you will be tipping out mandatory the DJ and the security and the house Mom if your club has one. It's up to you if you want to tip more than is required. On your first night I would say just tip out minimum unless someone goes out of their way to assist you. I would suggest getting a feel for everyone and if someone tries to make your life a little easier or put money in your pocket then tip them. Some girls tip a percentage some girls tip a set amount. That is really your choice. Just remember this whole business from the inside out is all about TIPS.. if you don't tip the DJ or someone you might find they treat you different than the girls who keep his/her pocket fat.

Even when I had bad nights I always make sure the Dj and House mom are tipped well. Remember what comes around goes around. The DJ is your advertisement . They remember you just like you remember your regulars or high dollar customers. I personally tip the same amount every shift since the club I work doesn't include it. If I leave a little low one night usually the next shift more than makes up for it.
