I almost peed my pants. It's very scary. I have not been scared by a movie in a while but it had me turning the lights on all through the house just to go to the toilet after I watched it coz I was scared I might see things in the dark.

I was wondering if it was up to Stephen King standards...
The promo spots on the TV make it look good but so many times the trailers show all the good stuff so you feel like you've seen the movie before you even line up at the box office....
Thanks for the 'warning"![]()
Be very careful if you make a woman cry, because God counts her tears. The woman came out of a man's rib. Not from his feet to be walked on. Not from his head to be superior, but from the side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved."

I wanted to see this, but didn't know how good it would be. Glad to know it was actually scary!

Yep im not easily scared coz Im a horror/thriller buff but this one really is spooky. Samuel L Jackson is awesome as always and John Cusack is very convincing.

It was REALLY good....the trailer doesn't do it any justice

I loved the short story, hopefully the movie will live up to it!
It was a really good movie. It's the room that is evil, not something IN the room that is evil. A clever challenge for a writer.
I just rented this one and it was incredible! Most scary movies don't get a rise out of me but this one was a wicked, psychlogical twister.
I haven't been that creeped out from a movie since I was a teenager![]()
Seriously well done movie.
There has to be one...
I haaaaaaaaaaaaaated it.
I thought it was pretty good. Worth checking out.
omg this movie was the scariest thing i have ever seen....i dunno really how to explain it. the entire thing, i was getting chills, and at the very end i had chills going through my entire body for at least 5 minutes. apparently i liked it because i just watched it and got on here and searched it to see what other people thought of it. all i can say is wow!

I was pretty impressed with it, and I wasn't holding out much hope. It's worth a watch, I'd say.

It was decent - the only really scary part for me was when the phone would ring and the "Room" would talk in that creepy female voice. That and when he walked around with the lights off looking at the blood stains.
Mrs. UtahMike and I both really liked it. It was great to see a movie that was REALLY scary, not just how many ways they can slash up the cast.

I loved how because it was a short story they didnt have to cut any of the book out tho they added a little at the end. I liked the movie.
But I liked BUGS better... what a f*ck trip of a movie... weird...
oh and Vacancy - because Im scared shitless at motels and always fear there are people watching me with cameras. That movie was one of my top picks this year.
