Hey gals,
Do you know of any good exercises to firm up the lower tummy (below the belly button) and hips? Would pilates or weight training be good?
I already run about 4 Xs a week (my legs and ass are in killer shape), do pushups, situps 4 Xs a week, and I dance for about 30 hours a week and I keep busy at work.
My lower tummy and hips are the are areas I want to get firmer and tighter.
Any suggestions?
