    Default Anyone work in Vegas???

Where is the best club to work in ? What time of the year is the best? How about right now or August? Wat do tip out/fees cost? Is there a no touch policy? If so, is it actually enforced? What is average $$$ ?

There are a million threads here on all that you need to know about Vegas. To answer your questions briefly:
    1. Spearmint Rhino is the busiest, the best club to work at should be judged by you based on your experience. My favorite is scores only becuase the VIP has higher charge over all the other clubs in Vegas( 500/hour as opposed to 400/hour to the other clubs) and less milage ( no extras).
    2. The best time of year is usually during convention season (Jan-May), there are other conventions throughout the year that are good but it's really hit or miss.
    3. Now is very slow though theWorld series of poker is ending so winners should be coming in (im in the middle of vacation right now so I don't know exactly what's going on at this moment in vegas), theres also a small investment banker convention this upcoming weekend that might bring in a few whales but probably not enough to make a dramatic difference in everyone's pocket. August I expect to be just the same as now, refer to answer #2.
    3. Tip out and house fees very from club to club and shifts. See each club for that you're interested for that answer.
    4. Each club has the "no touch" policy but of course many amateurs break them so each club has thier level of high milage.
    5. It's not enforced like it should be...
    6. I don't think there's an average in Vegas. It's really hit or miss. You can make from negative to $$$$. But isn't it like that in any major city?

Hope these answer your questions. There's a wealth of information on this site so doing a search is helpful. Also, don't take everyone's advice as gospel, we're only writing from our own opinion. And everyone's opinion is different. Good luck!

    FYI...
Cheetahs VIP is 500/hour, but it doesn't seem to be a fav. club with the girls on here.

Is it because of the high milage that goes on there? Or type and quantity of clientele? What is the cut for the house out of 500? Scores let's you keep all of it except in the case of funny money, in which they take 10%.

I dont know about high mileage, it seems the same as everywhere else to me, but I may just be oblivious to it. They let you keep it all, but take a 10percent cut of the funny money too. Customers are customers, you need to be smart about who you talk to just like any club.

I'm curious why is Cheetah's not a favorite?

Cheeta's is not a favorite because the extras run high there, the clientele is less than desirable because they know extras run high.
The girls aren't the best looking, and the club isn't all that great either ( from the customer part of me)

We've been there 3 or 4 times, and have never gotten 1 lapdance. Noone has ever asked, and we never see anything good enough to ask for.
CallmeSky - we've never seen you there, or we probably would get a dance from you, if you look like your Av, your probably one of the hottest girls in there.

$500 an hour for champagne room in vegas? Is that the whole cost to the custie or just the girls cut? Much cheaper then I would have thought..my current club here in FL goes from $400 -$600 (depending on the size room you want) per HALF hour. Girl getting half of that.

Not counting tips and champagne upgrades of course.

For some reason I always picture Vegas clubs as being super expensive. I've considered traveling to Vegas a few times to work..but never seem to get around to it..

The numbers that have been quoted are what the girl gets...the custy then has to buy a bottle or run a drink tab (usually in the neighborhood of $150-200/hour).

On average, here's what I've been charged for VIP:
    3 songs = $100 + 2 drink minimum
    half hour = $200 + 4 drink minimum (up to a $75 drink tab)
    hour = $400-500 + $150-200 drink tab

(Although I will add that I've been fortunate to sometimes get the drink tab waived at certain clubs and with certain hosts because I'm not a big drinker.)

Been to Cheetahs once and walked back out in about 5-mins and have never been back since. Been hitting Vegas regularily for over 7-years now.

Excuse me, it's no secret that I hate Vegas. I know a lot of women here love Vegas and make plenty of money there, but I'm going to be the voice that speaks up in this thread to say Vegas isn't for everyone. AFAIK, there is no such thing as a no-touch policy in Vegas. In fact, if you want to at least make your house fee back, some groping is required, at least at the five or six Vegas clubs I've been to. (And those house fees are HIGH, and you have to pay them when you walk in the door, NOT at the end of the night like most other towns.)

The ONLY rules that are enforced in Vegas are the ones that take money from the dancers (late fees, mandatory high tipouts of staff who haven't earned it, and other random fines). Most of the managers and bouncers would consider you crazy if you said anything about protecting dancers or watching over us. They consider their primary duty to be standing out of the way so the whores can do their thing without interference, and then fleecing the dancers out of large amounts of cash for having done so. Don't ever expect a Vegas bouncer to look out for you or protect you. They will NOT be there. When I was assaulted in Vegas I flattened the guy myself and none of the bouncers ever even noticed.

Yek- as far as touching and extras, I agree with you. Yes, house fees are high, and no its not for everyone (sometimes I don't even think its for me .) But as far as the staff, I have NOT found those things to be true at several clubs including Cheetah's, Seamless, and Olympic Gardens. Maybe I am treated differently than an out-of-towner because they know me, but I find that the bouncers and management in these clubs have always been very good to me. At Sapphire and Spearmint Rhino, not as much special treatment, but I like the management at both those clubs and the bouncers are ok (my personal opinion- not the general consensus. The manager at rhino has a bad reputation.)
But for me its usually the DJ's I have a problem with. Nobody else.

Are you talking about NYC SC's or Vegas SC's???

I would agree with you if you were talking about NYC clubs with the groping and high house fees and everything else that you said, but I don't believe groping is "required" to make house fee or at all any time in Vegas. And I don't think house fees are high in comparison to NYC SC's were they are at least 120 dollars just to walk in. I believe they make you pay in advance here in Vegas because they have hundreds of girls walking through the doors, they don't have time to chase every girl down at the end of thier shift to pay house fee. And some places allow you to pay your house fee later and maybe for a fee like scores. They just hold onto your sherriffs card. Without it, it prevents you from working in any club in Vegas.
I've never heard of any fines, late fees and mandatory tip outs (to the bouncers) at any club I've worked at in Vegas. I've had some bouncers protect me when the guy was grabby. I haven't seen any extras but since many have said they go on then there must be some truth, but where is there a city SC's without extras? They exist, I'm sure, in every city, not just in Vegas.
Vegas isn't for everyone but let's be clear on that instead of sounding like you're suggesting that Vegas isn't for ANYONE.

    I must disagree.

In the 3+ years I have worked in vegas, I have never allowed groping of any kind, and have made back my housefees and decent money on most occasions. Granted, there are always times I haven't made back house, but thoes times are few and far between. I have had over 1grand nights, I have had over 2grand nights, and I have never allowed groping. In fact, the more I made in a night, the less I do sexually.( meaning lapdances...meaning the more I make, it's off talking, when I make less it's cause I did mostly lapdances. My VIP rooms are usually talking, not dancing)

So no, Groping is NOT required to make back house. Not at all.

I have also never heard of late fees, because there are no shifts. Come when you want. If yoru on dayshift, show up anytime on dayshift. The onyl place that actually reqires you there by a certain time is Rhino's night shift, and I believe if yoru late, they just don't let you in, but no fines.
The only place that I have encountered mandartoy tip out to bouncers/hosts is Mens club, and I quit because of that. It was the only place I have ever worked here that required bouncer tip outs. Althgouh I haven't worked at ALL vegas clubs, I'm hired at them all, so I know policys that were told to me when I got hired.
The only fines I can think of is if you miss stage, and it's usually a $40 fine for missing stage.

I'm glad y'all had better Vegas experiences than I did. I made two Vegas trips, worked in three clubs, and have been to three others as a customer, and I'm speaking from that experience. Like I said, some women here love Vegas and do well there. Personally, I did not.

I've never allowed groping and have made great money in Vegas. However, no groping does not equal no touching. Guys still lightly touch stomach, legs, etc, and some girls do allow full out groping, but at least they are discreet about it at the nicer clubs.
