I seriously can't sleep lately. I have sleeping pills but they only work for 5 hours and I'm awake again plus I really don't like taking more than 3 a week, and only that when I'm desperate. I've tried bubble baths. I've tried naps. I've tried no naps. I've tried sleeping pills, my anti anxiety meds (as I thought, perhaps it'll relax me enough without being hard on me)... I've even tried sleepy time flu meds!I've even tried NO meds.
I. can't. sleep.
This is a warm milk and honey emergency!
What do I do?
At this rate I might end up going to the doctor tomorrow just so I can get a renew on my sleeping pills so I can just knock myself out for a week straight if he says it's okay.
