no atm? wrong!

We must work at the same club!!
We have no ATM and our bartenders keep customers from wanting to come back. They act like they are doing you a favor by serving you a drink and they are sure to finish their conversation or game playing before they grudgingly get your order.
Bartenders often drive me crazy too. I've so rarely enountered a good one in a strip club (I've bartended before myself). When they're good, they make EVERYONE more money, including the club, including themSELVES! There are nights when it seems like they are doing everything they can to avoid making eye contact with you.
It's SO aggravating to be trying to get a hustle started with a customer who wants to buy you a drink first. It just wastes so much time trying to flag one of them down, especially when they're just bsulshitting with their pals. It seems as if they think having a drink = taking a break for us. And it ISN'T! It can be an essential part of the sale. Oy.
I also posted not long ago, RoseLeigh, about a bartender in our club who ROUTINELY flashed her tits just to accept dollar tips from customers. This is at a club where the bar IS the stage. We were constantly being upstaged by this rat-faced little wanna-be who happened to have fake boobs. SO ridiculous. It does seem that someone had a talk with her, finally, as she has toned it down the last few shifts we've shared.
At least at this club, Champagne rooms aren't booked through the main bar, as it was at my old club. Talk about aggravation - try having a guy on the VIP hook, only to have to wait 10-15 excruciating minutes, or more, for a bartender to even notice the two of you . . . You can just feel the cash trickling slooowwwwly away.

No ATM in a strip club???![]()
Well, at least you're persuasive enough to convince them to go through that ordeal to get dances with you...

I work in a few clubs with no ATM's and no merchant accounts. At least your customer can go to the bar to get cash. Maybe discuss your issue with the bartender and tell him there's more money in it for him if he get's off his ass and handles his business.
I don't know what the deal is with some clubs. Some clubs with ATM's have no cash in them, and they are down more often than they are working.

my club has no ATM and no cash advance on credit cards at the bar,. And our bartender tells everyone at the bar, all the buisness of the other girls that dance there to the customers. Yeah.
