Last night I went to a fancy Chinese restaurant where they served fish with the head still attached in this YUMMY sauce. I had no idea what to do with the head so I just ate it's eyes. I didn't realize until I googled today that this is apparently a very big thing to do! I thought everyone tried fish eyes sometime in their life!
Anyway it's REALLY good but super hard, like a marble. Tastes really fishy. I should've put more sauce on it.
