So I just got back from my audition (which I didn't think they would hire me since they've got pretty high standards) and I got hired at a club I really care about working at. The manager (who's been a stripper for 10 years) couldn't tell it was my first time ever - I'm so stoked and kinda proud of myself!
However, onstage during the second song I was really starting to get tired out and running out of things to do. How can I make the "getting used to this" process go faster, and how long does it usually take? Are there any specific exercises and stretches I could do, and should I take it easy in my downtime or keep up the exercise level?
Also, please tell me walking in these crazy heels gets easier. I'll be damned if I don't break an ankle by the end of my first month![]()

And, yep your body will be sore for a week or so. Most girls get some bruising on knees and other areas. Epsom salts help some. Just pace yourself; and, you'll be fine. Lots 'o luck!
